(The Joinery - 1 Feb/1 Mar 2021)
Pastel coastlines are caressed by silky waves to become a surreal expression of reality. Using long exposure and HDR techniques, I captured an unseen and multifaceted coastal landscape of the Fleurieu Peninsula from above. In my visual journey, I illustrate the dramatic cliff faces unable to hide from the threatening effect of coastal erosion, which is a reminder of just how fragile our living coast is.
OCEANS OF LIFE (Iziko South African Museum - 2017)
A collection of beautiful, ocean inspired images of coastal seabirds of Southern Africa. Images aimed to celebrate the diversity of the species relying on the Benguela upwelling currents. The exhibition is still available and aims, through beautiful photographs, to inspire as well as educate by providing information about the seabirds and the environment they share with us.
Southern end (University of cape town- 2016)
There are some breathtaking landscapes in the southern tip of Africa. The wild animals immersed in that magnificent environment offer a unique opportunity to compose dreamlike ever-changing scenes. The exhibition is still available showcasing the incredible moments of wilderness, I witnessed while visiting southern Africa.
